In the third picture, the large easel is a densely-drawn family tree.
The small capsules seen here and there near the ceiling are what's left of an early fire suppression system, using phosgene gas with a thermal release which would likely kill a bit more than the flames.


This last shot shows how many of the walls are protected by plexiglass against contact by passing tourists.
