Techno-Fandom is a loose collective of folks who enjoy doing technical
production (lighting, sound, video, etc) at science fiction conventions
and other events. Primarily on a volunteer basis, although a few of
the members also work or freelance professionally in the field. Mostly
we do it for fun, camaraderie, and the satisfaction of a happy audience
and a job well done.
We encourage people who are interested in these things to come find us at the events we work and pitch in! We're generally happy to train new folks and get them started on learning how to play in our entertaining sandbox. |
